William Norsen, age 60, passed away on Thursday September 17, 2026.

A Celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family.

Bill was born February 16, 1966 in Newark, the son of Gerald and Carole Norsen. He served in the US Army Airborne from 1984 to 1986. Bill spent many years involved with the Phelps Cub Scouts. He was an avid Buffalo Bills fan.

Bill will be sadly missed by his father, Gerald Norsen; children, Bryce Norsen and Kevin Norsen; brothers, Glenn (Christine) Norsen, Alan (Lori) Norsen, and David Norsen; nieces and nephews.

Bill is predeceased by his wife, Brenda Norsen; mother, Carole Pierce Norsen; brother, Jerry Michael Norsen.
