Roland Lunser, age 90, passed away on Monday, March 30, 2026 in Charlotte, FL.

Calling Hours will be held, Sunday, April 19th from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm at the R.A. Patrick Funeral Home, 26 W. Main St., Clifton Springs. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 20th at 12pm at the Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Midlakes FFA, 1554 Rt. 488, Clifton Springs, NY 14432 in Roland's memory. 

Roland was born April 4, 1935 in Rochester the son of the late Herman and Florence Lunser. He was the founding owner of Agri-Business Brokerage Corp. also known as Lunser Insurance Agency. Roland was a member of E. Aurora Kiwanis Club, Red Jacket Power Squadron, Buffalo Yacht Club, Elks and Moose Lodges, Finger Lakes Two Cylinder Club, and the Steam Pageant Association. He was an avid boater, fisherman, hunter, skier and coached Little Loop Football.

Roland will be sadly missed by his children, Terence (Deborah) Lunser, Roland D. (Joyce) Lunser, and Christine (James) Reed; 8 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; siblings, Joan (Lunser) VanDeMortel and Herman (Donna) Lunser.

Roland is predeceased by his parents; wife, Marilyn Lunser; siblings, Raymond Lunser, Marlene (Lunser) Himes; brother in laws, Donald VanDeMortel and Gary Himes.
